How to Cope with Toxic Co-Workers, 8 hours

This course trains staff to deal effectively with four types of toxic co-worker: those employees with entitlement attitudes, the negative complainers, the non-team players, and the toxic talkers who create rumors and gossip. Staff members must be able to get their work done and move the department’s mission forward, and for some employees, toxic co-workers create more stress and anxiety than their workload or the interactions they experience with those they serve (“clients”) in the course of doing the work itself. This course trains staff to work and communicate with toxic, troubling co-workers, so they can perform their duties fully, professionally, and with reduced stress.
