Cancellations are allowed up to 12 business days prior to the course and must be submitted in writing or via email.

All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct while attending training courses.

Cost for courses varies according to the sponsoring agency, department, or company. These costs are arranged with the sponsoring entity and fall in line with the standard expectation.
Probation and Sheriff departments are registered with the Corrections Standards Authority (CSA) in Sacramento and are certified to adhere to the Standards for Training in Corrections (STC). STC courses follow generally accepted tuition and participant capacity guidelines. Please inquire for clarification about those costs if needed. We’d be happy to go review the formulas used to attain course costs. Per STC requirements, minimum class size is 16, maximum class size is 20. Contact our office for courses over the maximum of 20 per class.
Payment is due in 45 days from the invoice date.
