Creating Healthy Workplace Relationships, 8 hours (sworn & non-sworn)
We have all met that dynamic, charismatic person who just has a “way with others,” and has a way of being remembered well. This course helps staff work towards being that unforgettable person by providing communication skills, negotiation techniques, tips on making an impact, and advice on networking and starting conversations. Participants identify ways of creating a powerful introduction, remembering names, and managing situations that had been a source of difficulty or stress. Staff also work on skills to start a conversation, move that conversation along well, and progress to higher levels of conversation and connection.
