Work-Life Balance, 8 hours

Having a balance between work and home life is a global challenge, and certainly the American workforce is looking for real-world ways to make things more balanced. When work/life balance is solid and functioning at optimal levels, people experience their lives as more rewarding. This course supports the participant in learning to become healthier: both mentally and physically. This life zest and renewed energy and positivity spill over into their workplace, and attendees find they are happier and more productive on the job. With healthy balance, staff manage their time better. This course teaches how to focus on the more important things, set accurate and achievable goals, and communicate more effectively with peers at work at home.
