Social media and photographic apps like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat, and TikTok, in addition to GPS functions, video capability, photos, email, and browser history have made offenders’ devices a treasure trove of information for the investigator or supervision PO. Social Media/Facebook Investigations provides the investigator and supervision DPO with practical skills to use these devices and accounts to his/her advantage in supervising and monitoring probationers. This course teaches the probation officer skills for practical use.
