Ms. Comer has nearly 25 years of experience architecting and delivering innovative curriculum for government agencies -primarily law enforcement- throughout California. Lee works with subject matter experts and develops training courses that engage learners and produce the optimal result: the transfer of learning to the workplace. It becomes increasingly crucial to present information in a variety of ways to a variety of learners and learning styles. Skills taught must be retained and information must be absorbed so it can be used on the job. Training should create a shift in culture and bring about changes in workplace behavior. Lee’ s professional mission is to offer interactive, substantial, reliable training that transfers to the workplace.
